For those who got MaskOff through the Apple App Store, we can’t cancel because Apple manages that part. But here’s how you can manage it:
For iPhone users:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Click on your name.
3. Navigate to Subscriptions.
4. Find and select MaskOff.
5. Hit Cancel Subscription (you might have to scroll a bit).
For Android users:
1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
Ensure you’re signed in with the right Google Account.
Tap on Menu, then Subscriptions.
2. Find MaskOff from the list.
3. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the steps given.
Remember: Once you’ve canceled, ensure you switch off the service in the app. Go to MaskOff, head to settings, select stop service, and follow the instructions. Deleting the app won’t completely turn off the service.
